Pali Wine Co. is a family-run winery founded by Tim and Judy Perr in 2005, now guided by two generations of the Perr family. Based in San Diego, they craft small-lot wines from California's Central Coast, drawing from their estate Pali Vineyard in Sta. Rita Hills (planted in 2012) as well as Star Lane and Bien Nacido vineyards. Their range spans Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, Dornfelder, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, including their Wild Series.
