Missick Cellars
Founded in 2023, Missick Cellars brought its winemaking journey to Boerne in the Texas Hill Country after more than a decade in New York's Finger Lakes. Chris and Laure Missick craft wines from their family homestead, growing grapes and working with varietals from Grüner Veltliner and Riesling to Mourvèdre and Tannat, with exciting plans to develop an estate vineyard for sparkling wines.
