Working with the Peconic Land Trust to keep the property from development, the winery crafts Syrah, Merlot, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot from their Corchaug Estate Vineyard. Visit the tasting room in Cutchogue, which opened in 2010.
