J.K. Carrière is the project of winemaker Jim Prosser, a Willamette Valley pioneer who left a career in science to make some of Oregon's most thoughtfully crafted Pinot Noir. Prosser farms with minimal intervention and a decidedly Burgundian sensibility — translating site character rather than imposing a house style. His wines are consistently lauded for their precision and age-worthiness, punching well above their price point.
