Founded in 2019, Hummingbird Estate brings together Ed and Susan Walk's vision for their 47-acre Central Point property, a charming 1926 English Cottage-style home transformed into a winery, inn, and event venue. Winemaker Chris Graves crafts a diverse portfolio including Chardonnay, Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Malbec, Pinot Noir, and Verdelho, offering visitors a full escape in Oregon's Rogue Valley.
