Hinzerling Winery is the oldest family-owned and operated winery in the Yakima Valley, established in 1976 by the Wallace family in Prosser. They craft small lots of hand-made table and dessert wines from red and white varietals including Pinot Noir, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Muscat, Merlot, and Lemberger.
