Founded in 2006 by grape farmers in Southwest Michigan, Hickory Creek Winery crafts small-batch, European-style wines from locally grown vitis vinifera grapes. Under the stewardship of owner and winemaker Adam McBride since 2017, the Buchanan winery remains devoted to hand-crafted quality, offering a range of varietals including Pinot Noir, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Grüner Veltliner.
