Hestan Vineyards is a 110-acre estate in Yountville on Napa Valley's eastern slopes, founded in 1996 by Helen and Stanley Cheng on former cattle ranch land. Now sustainably farmed with solar power, the vineyard grows Bordeaux and white varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, and Chardonnay, crafted by winemakers Jeff Gaffner and Thomas Rivers Brown.
