Founded in 1969 by Raymond and Gladys Haak, this Santa Fe winery has roots in a romantic gift—two Concord grapevines given as an anniversary present that sparked a lifelong passion for winemaking. The winery became one of the first in the country to cultivate Blanc du Bois grapes, and began commercial wine sales in 2000. Today, Haak crafts a diverse range of wines including Blanc du Bois, Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay, and bold reds like Malbec and Tempranillo, with selections from their Estate Reserve and Reserve programs.
