Founded in 1998 by Al and Virginia Silbowitz, Grizzly Peak Winery crafts wines from its own estate vineyard in Ashland, Oregon, in the Rogue Valley region. Since 2011, winemakers Linda Donovan and Sarah Silbowitz have overseen production at Pallet Wine Company in Medford, bringing their expertise to each vintage.
