Founded in 2003 by Jim and Cynthia Douthit along with Derrill and Lori Rice, Grassy Creek Vineyard & Winery sits on the historic Klondike Farm property in North Carolina's Yadkin Valley AVA. Under winemaker Jim Douthit's care, the vineyard crafts Chardonnay, Merlot, Syrah, Sangiovese, Barbera, Niagara, Riesling, and Cabernet Franc with the character of their distinctive terroir.
