Founded in 2016, Freewater Cider & Wine Company crafts barrel-aged cider and wine using minimal manipulation and small-batch fermentation, drawing fruit from the Walla Walla and Columbia Valleys. Owner and winemaker Mike Sharon creates Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Rosé, including selections from French Hills Vineyard.
