Defiance Vineyard, established in 2012 on a Creston Valley hillside, is a women-led winery run by three sisters of the Faulkner family. They craft premium Bordeaux varieties—Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, and Petit Verdot—alongside Petite Sirah, Sémillon, and Sauvignon Blanc, drawing on their terroir's natural balance of soil, terrain, and climate.
