Enchantment Cellars is a family-owned winery in Portales, New Mexico, born from a California wine country adventure in 2015. They planted their first five acres of grapes that same year and now craft red and white wines from the Southwest, including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Riesling.
