Trevor founded Star Baby Wines in 2020, and since 2023 has been operating a small vineyard on South Whidbey Island in Greenbank, Washington. The winery specializes in early-ripening varieties—Pinot Noir Precoce and Schönburger—chosen to thrive in the region's short growing season.
