Primitive Wines was founded in 2020 by Gary Irvin, a winemaker who arrived on the Central Coast in 2006 and brings years of wine industry experience to his craft. Based in Paso Robles, the winery focuses on bold varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, and Malbec, supported by business partner Stephanie Marin's expertise in small business management.
