Founded in 2004, DuCard Vineyards opened its doors to the public in 2010 with a charming tasting room nestled at the eastern edge of Shenandoah National Park. Owner Scott Elliff and winemaker Julien craft wine in small batches from their vineyards, selling almost exclusively on-site. You'll discover a thoughtful range of whites—Vidal Blanc, Viognier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris—alongside reds including Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Tannat, and Norton.
A boutique Virginia estate winery at the eastern edge of Shenandoah National Park producing small-batch wines from their own vineyards, with a focus on both classic Bordeaux varietals and distinctive regional varieties like Vidal Blanc and Norton.
