Founded in 2002 by Patrick Reuter and Leigh Bartholomew—both UC Davis-trained in viticulture and enology—Dominio IV brings international winemaking experience from California, Burgundy, and New Zealand to Oregon. The winery operates two estate vineyards: Three Sleeps in Mosier and Shallow-blue-sea in Yamhill-Carlton, crafting Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chardonnay, and other varietals with depth and care. Under winemaker Ryan Kelly-Burnett's direction, Dominio IV invites wine lovers into distinctive experiences through programs like their Imagination Series and membership clubs.
