Domaine Nicolas-Jay was founded in 2010 as a partnership between Burgundian winemaker Jean-Nicolas Méo and music entrepreneur Jay Boberg to craft Willamette Valley wines in Oregon. The winery focuses on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay through single vineyard and cuvée programs, drawing fruit from carefully selected sites including Bishop Creek, Momtazi, Nysa, Temperance Hill, Spirit Hill, and Pearlstad.
