Simpatico Cellars is owned and operated by Craig Sosey and Cassie Wistrom, who met in winemaking school and bring experience from Washington and California to their Woodinville operation. They craft wines from premium vineyards including Dutchman and Boushey, focusing on varietals like Syrah, Cinsault, Albariño, and Viognier.
