Das Weinhaus, founded in 2022, represents the fifth generation of a family farming tradition that began in 1931. After planting their first new vines in 2015, they opened their doors to craft wines from estate and New York-sourced grapes, processing everything on-site. Their diverse portfolio spans from classic varietals like Riesling and Cabernet Franc to distinctive cold-climate selections including Frontenac, Marquette, and Traminette.
