Founded in 2012 in Napa Valley, Dakota Shy crafts Cabernet Sauvignon-based wines drawing from partnerships with 17 local vineyards, including the renowned Moulds Vineyard. Owner and winemaker Tom Garrett tends an estate acquired in 2014 at the base of Pritchard Hill, where the winery also produces Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc alongside its Shy Series Cabernet Sauvignon.
