Cordiano Winery is a family-owned operation in Escondido's Highland Valley, founded in 2008 by Gerardo Cordiano after he fulfilled his lifelong dream of winemaking by selling his restaurant business. Today, Gerardo and Rosa run the winery alongside their three children, bringing warmth and dedication to every bottle.
