Founded in 2013, Cerebella Winery (also known as Zimmel Code Cellars) is a family-owned winery in Pendleton, Oregon, where owner and winemaker Robb Zimmel crafts small-lot, handcrafted wines. Drawing on his degree in Viticulture and Enology from Washington State University, Zimmel sources grapes from Pacific Northwest vineyards to create an engaging range of reds, whites, and blends—from Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon to Riesling and Pinot Gris.
