Casto Oaks Fine Wine / Mount Bullion Vineyard

Founded in 2003 by Harold and Kris Casto, this Sierra Foothills winery in Mariposa has been crafting wine from their six-acre Mount Bullion Vineyard since 2001. Their grandson Jason Smith has led winemaking since 2008, tending hand-maintained vines and producing 800–1,300 cases annually of Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Mourvèdre.
