Capstone Cellars, founded in 2003, was Cowlitz County's first winery and has deep roots in Washington wine country. Now owned and operated by Debbie Luchau and Kirk Raboin since 2015, the winery crafts Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese, and Malbec from premier vineyards including Boushey, Solstice, and Lonesome Springs Ranch.
