Brosseau Wine Studio, founded in 1980 by Jon and Jan Brosseau, sits on limestone and granite-rich terrain in Monterey County's Chalone Appellation. Now operated by second-generation winegrower Bill Brosseau, the vineyard became the first fully certified organic operation in the Chalone Appellation in 2011 and produces Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Grenache across 42 acres.
