Boich Family Cellar sources grapes from five distinguished vineyard sites across Napa Valley and Russian River Valley, producing 1,800 cases per vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. Winemaker Jeff Ames crafts these wines using native yeast fermentation when possible and 75% new French oak, allowing the character of each single vineyard to shine through.
