Loma Seca Vineyards is a 160-acre dry-farmed estate on Paso Robles' west side, established in 2012 on land once owned by Polish pianist Ignace Paderewski. Perched on steep hillsides with ancient seabed soils rich in limestone and fossilized whale bones, the vineyard crafts ultra-premium reds and whites using sustainable, organic practices—drawing from varietals including Garnacha Tinta, Primitivo, Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Sirah, and Mourvèdre.
