Founded in 2009, Sevtap Winery in Solvang crafts small-lot, handcrafted wines from Santa Ynez Valley using organic farming and minimal cellar intervention. Owner and winemaker Ertugrul Sevtap produces distinctive whites and reds—from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay to Syrah and Grenache—while the winery expands its presence to Mallorca, Spain.
