Mo Ayoub founded this Dundee Hills winery in 2001, beginning commercial production in 2004 on a four-acre estate vineyard. The team crafts small-lot Pinot Noir and Chardonnay using organic farming methods, drawing fruit from their own vineyards as well as select sites including Anonimo, Brittan, and Avant-Garde.
