Enrique Torres founded Diablo Paso Wines to specialize in Spanish varietal wines in Paso Robles, drawing on his journey from cellar work to winemaker at Martin & Weyrich. Today Torres crafts Albariño, Garnacha, Carignan, and Tempranillo from Jack Ranch and other Paso Robles vineyards, bringing authentic Spanish traditions to California's Central Coast.
