Founded in 2018 by Miles and Lindy, Elk Haven Winery is a family-owned operation spanning two distinct vineyards: a high-elevation site in Idaho's Worley region dedicated to crisp, cold-climate whites, and a 12-acre Red Mountain AVA property that produces bold reds. Under winemaker Cole Scott's direction, the winery crafts a diverse range including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Chardonnay, while the Red Mountain tasting room offers wines, dining, and sweeping estate views.
