3IN Winery has been rooted in Paso Robles since 1888, now tending 145 acres with 55 acres of cultivated vines. Led by winemaker Signe Zoller, the estate focuses on Cabernet Sauvignon alongside Zinfandel, Merlot, and Portuguese varietals like Tinto Cao, Tempranillo, and Touriga Nacional. Cabernet reigns as the primary varietal across this historic property.
