Valo is a Vancouver-based collaboration between self-taught chef and founder Michael Ruhland and Chilean winemaker Matías Kúsulas, who brings extensive international experience to the role of head winemaker. Their portfolio spans elegant whites like Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc alongside rich reds including Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Grenache, all sourced from carefully selected regional vineyards.
