Union Sacré Winery, founded in 2014 by Xavier Arnaudin and Phillip Muzzy, crafts Alsace-style dry wines on California's Central Coast inspired by Old World traditions. Rooted in community values, the winery produces distinctive expressions of Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Blanc alongside Pinot Noir and other varietals from their Paso Robles location.
