Babick Cellars is a small, handcrafted winery in Enumclaw, Washington, where owner Gary Babick and winemaker Melissa Pellini source grapes exclusively from Frenchman Hills Vineyard in the Royal Slope AVA. Every wine is aged for 3 years in oak before release, resulting in carefully matured Viogniers, Albariños, Cabernet Sauvignons, Syrrahs, and Merlots that reflect their distinctive terroir.
