Paix Sur Terre, founded by Ryan and Nicole Pease in Paso Robles, crafts mineral-driven Mourvèdres and Mediterranean-style wines using fruit from four westside vineyards. Ryan Pease brings his winemaking expertise to minimal oak and whole cluster fermentation techniques, creating distinctive expressions of Vermentino, Picpoul Blanc, Cinsault, Counoise, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
