Blair Estate Wines has been crafting limited-release wines since 2007 from Delfina's Vineyard in Monterey County's Arroyo Seco AVA—a property the Blair family has cherished since the 1920s, named after family matriarch Delfina. Drawing from their estate vineyards, they produce Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Muscat de Ottonell through their distinctive Matriarch and Reserve programs.
