Level 3 Wines, founded in 2015 by Norm and Susan Benson in Paso Robles, crafts limited quantities of handcrafted red wine blends from their estate vineyard. Under Norm Benson's winemaking direction, the winery blends Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Grenache, and Mourvedre into distinctive offerings.
