Monterey
Monterey County's oldest producing vineyard, established in 1919 atop Chalone Peak in the Gavilan Mountains, Chalone earned its place in wine history when its 1974 Chardonnay placed 3rd in the legendary 1976 Judgment of Paris. Today, the winery crafts Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Blanc, and Grenache through its Estate and Estate Reserve programs.
