Iron Hub Winery is a family-owned operation founded in 2016 on a 33-acre property in Amador County's Shenandoah Valley AVA, operated by Tom Jones (who holds a BS in Geology and MS in Enology/Viticulture from UC Davis) and his son Spencer Jones (who holds a MS in Viticulture and Enology from UC Davis). The winery produces handcrafted wines and spirits from estate vineyards with granitic loam soil.
