Koehler Wine Estate is a small Los Olivos producer crafting wines from Foxen Canyon in the Santa Ynez Valley. Under winemaker Trace Brueske, who joined in 2022, the estate employs native fermentations and restrained cellar methods while revitalizing heritage vines and replanting nine acres with Loire Valley-inspired varietals. Drawing from distinguished vineyard sources including Ballard Adobes and Fiddlestix, Koehler offers an impressive range from Cabernet Franc and Sangiovese to Picpoul Blanc and Grüner Veltliner.
