Founded in 2003 by Bob Tillman, Alta Colina is a family-owned winery in Paso Robles' Adelaida District, perched on a high-elevation, 31-acre estate vineyard. The winery specializes in Rhône-style wines, guided by winemaker Dallas Parnigoni and a philosophy of minimal intervention farming and hand harvesting.
