Baxter Winery is a small, quality-focused producer in Anderson Valley, California, led by winemaker Phillip Baxter. Drawing on his UC Davis education and training in Burgundy, Baxter crafts around 2,000 cases annually using hand-harvested fruit, wild yeast fermentation, and traditional French cellar techniques with neutral oak aging. The winery's single-vineyard expressions showcase Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Mediterranean varieties from some of the region's finest sites.
