Anderson Valley
Since 1981, Scharffenberger Cellars has been crafting sparkling wines in Anderson Valley using the traditional méthode traditionnelle method. Now under the stewardship of Maison Louis Roederer since 2004, the Philo-based winery brings together Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay to create distinctive bubbles rooted in California's cool climate terroir.
