Founded in 2007, Chanin Wine Company crafts focused, food-friendly Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays from celebrated Santa Barbara County vineyard sites—including Bien Nacido, Sanford & Benedict, and Los Alamos—drawing from old vines grown organically or sustainably. Winemaker Gavin Chanin works with minimal intervention and no commercial additives, letting each vineyard's character shine through.
