Founded in 2017, Minus Tide crafts cool-climate wines from organically and sustainably farmed vineyards across Mendocino County. Using minimal intervention practices, they create high-acid, low-alcohol expressions of Chenin Blanc, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay—wines that let the land speak.
