Paso Robles
BENOM is a Paso Robles winery founded in 2015 by French brothers Arnaud and Guillaume Fabre—whose name derives from the French word 'binôme' meaning 'a project together.' Drawing on six generations of winemaking heritage from Languedoc-Roussillon and Bordeaux, the Fabres blend time-honored Old World techniques with the creative freedom that Paso Robles offers.
Amenity information reflects general winery policy and may not account for events, weekends, or seasonal changes. If you're planning a specific visit — especially with children, pets, or a group — a quick call ahead is worthwhile.
