Founded by winemaker Denis Hoey in 2005, Odonata Wines is a small family winery now based in the Santa Lucia Highlands, crafting small-batch wines from organic, sustainably-grown local grapes. Their thoughtful approach blends old world winemaking methods with new techniques, resulting in a diverse range of varietals from Riesling and Sauvignon Blanc to Pinot Noir, Syrah, and beyond.
